Tundra® wins silver at the DIY, Garden & Housewares Industry Awards 2009.
First Alert picked up a silver award for the Tundra fire extinguishing spray in the “Security & Safety” category.
In a highly competitive category this year, Tundra fire extinguishing spray was praised highly for its uniqueness and functionality.
The familiar style spray can with aerosol nozzle makes Tundra extremely easy to use and eliminates any confusion over pulling pins or reading instructions before hand - Just simply point and spray!
The aerosol nozzle also allows the agent inside to cover a larger surface area-up to three times greater than a traditional extinguisher nozzle. The discharge time of the agent is also up to four times greater than traditional household fire extinguishers giving users more time to fight the fire.
